SMS Program Overview

Casa Wisdom LLC ("Casa Wisdom," "we," "our," or "us") operates an SMS communications program to send text messages to clients and prospective clients who have provided express written consent. These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your participation in this program.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Casa Wisdom, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Casa Wisdom may send the following types of SMS messages:

• Project updates and milestone notifications
• Appointment and meeting reminders
• Follow-up messages after inquiries
• Promotional offers and service announcements (only with explicit consent)
• Important account or billing notifications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Casa Wisdom. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for promotional content, and additional transactional messages as needed for active projects.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Casa Wisdom by:

• Providing your phone number on our website contact form and checking the SMS consent box
• Texting a keyword to our designated number as communicated during your onboarding
• Verbally confirming consent during a phone or in-person consultation (confirmed via follow-up text)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Casa Wisdom.

How to Opt Out

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Casa Wisdom does not charge for SMS messages sent through our program, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carrier availability may vary.

Data Privacy & Third-Party Sharing

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, and consent records are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with marketers, data brokers, or any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS consent data may only be accessed internally by Casa Wisdom staff for the purpose of managing your communications preferences, or as required by law.

Children & Eligibility

Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

Program Changes & Termination

Casa Wisdom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS program at any time. We will provide advance notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
